About Web Dev NC
Web Dev NC is a technical web development studio based around Charlotte, North Carolina. We plan, build, launch, and improve WordPress websites, custom web applications, Flutter mobile apps, practical AI features, and the SEO foundations that help those systems support real business work.
Who we are
The people making the technical decisions stay close to the project. Requirements do not pass through layers of account management before reaching implementation. That makes it easier to discuss tradeoffs, identify risks, and decide whether a focused website, a WordPress build, or a custom application is the right investment.
Our primary market is Charlotte and North Carolina, including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Fayetteville, and surrounding communities. Most collaboration happens through calls, email, shared documents, and staged reviews, so we can also support organizations in other markets when the project is a good fit.
A launch is not complete when the homepage looks finished. Forms, analytics, Search Console, redirects, mobile layouts, account ownership, backups, production URLs, and maintenance responsibilities must also be clear. We can provide a documented handoff or continue with measured improvements after launch.

How we work
We begin with the audience, the action they need to take, the information the business must manage, and the current bottleneck. A contractor quote path, medical appointment flow, nonprofit donation journey, and internal operations dashboard require different structures. Technology follows that job instead of leading it.
The scope identifies pages, workflows, integrations, content responsibilities, analytics, launch requirements, and ownership. Features that do not support the first useful outcome stay in a later backlog. This keeps the initial release understandable and reduces the risk of paying for a large system before real users validate it.
After launch, we review Search Console visibility, analytics, important user actions, form paths, speed, support requests, and the pages creating demand. Improvements are prioritized from actual behavior and search data rather than a generic monthly checklist.
Website and SEO guidance is published under the Web Dev NC organization and tied to the services we implement. Technical claims are checked against the current project, platform documentation, generated output, or live measurement before they become recommendations. When a result is not measured or a decision requires client-specific facts, we say so instead of filling the gap with a generic claim.
Project evidence
Our case studies cover healthcare websites, contractor SEO, nonprofit platforms, legal websites, and application projects. Quantitative results are used only when they are supported by the project record. Other improvements are described plainly as clearer navigation, faster pages, easier content management, better intake, or a more usable workflow.
